Operator. DeckMaster is provided by DeckMaster. Contact: [email protected].
Who may use it. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian who approves your account (13 to 17) or creates your profile (under 13). See the Children's notice. Account holders are responsible for their account.
Your account. Sign in with email codes or passkeys. Keep your devices secure. Tell us about misuse.
Your content. Your collection data and notes stay yours. You give us a licence to store and display them to you and, if you choose to share, to the people you choose. You may not upload unlawful content or content about other people.
Acceptable use. No scraping, abuse, impersonation, harassment, attempts to contact minors outside the product, or circumventing limits. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
Prices and estimates. Card prices and values are estimates from third-party data, converted at published exchange rates. They are not offers, appraisals or financial advice. Trade suggestions and AI explanations can be wrong.
Free and Pro plans. Free is free. Pro is planned as a paid subscription and is not on sale yet; until billing is live you can ask to be told at launch. Price, renewal, cancellation, refund and tax terms will be shown, and need your agreement, before any purchase. Mandatory consumer rights (such as the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right and the Brazilian CDC art. 49 right of regret) will apply to paid plans.
Trades between users. DeckMaster only helps compare cards; it does not hold, ship or guarantee any item or payment. Trade at your own risk and meet only with a guardian where a minor is involved.
Intellectual property. DeckMaster is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Creatures or GAME FREAK. Card names and images belong to their owners and are shown for cataloguing. Takedown requests: [email protected].
Availability and liability. Provided "as is" within the limits of mandatory consumer law, which we do not exclude or limit.
Changes and termination. We may update these terms with notice; you may delete your account at any time.
Governing law. Mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies; Brazilian consumers keep their local venue. Otherwise disputes are governed by the law that applies to the operator of DeckMaster.
